Dear friend,

At RBIJ, we believe that justice is everyone’s business. This year, thanks to your invaluable partnership, we’ve grown our business network to over 600 companies united in this shared belief.

Together, we are advancing fairness in criminal justice systems and workplaces, whether coalescing business voices to advocate for people like Rejon Taylor — our featured artist on this card, who is one of currently 40 individuals in the U.S. facing a federal death sentence — or empowering companies to expand career pathways for individuals with criminal records. Your dedication has been at the heart of this progress, making real change possible across the U.S. and the U.K. — thank you.

As we prepare for the holidays, RBIJ is working with business leaders around the world to advocate for Rejon and others on federal death row. Over 100 influential leaders — including Sir Richard Branson, Paul Polman, and Sheryl Sandberg — have joined RBIJ in this advocacy by signing a letter to President Biden urging him to commute all federal death sentences before leaving office. These leaders highlight the federal death penalty’s failures and systemic biases, which not only violate human rights but also contradict core business values like ethical governance, fiscal responsibility, and commitment to community well-being. If you are a business leader and would like to join the letter to President Biden, please fill out this form.

Thank you for your continued support. We wish you a joyful holiday season and a happy new year!
